In addition to the severe congestion caused by the entry and exit of employees in the morning and evening shifts, and the inflexible “fingerprint” timing, which caused confusion even in traffic in some Quran centers, such as the center located in the Al-Qasr area in Al-Jahra Governorate, and its adjoining to some schools.
