Thiruvananthapuram: Opposition has demanded a CBI probe into the fire at the Brahmapuram garbage plant. After the emergency resolution was denied, the opposition boycotted the assembly proceedings. VD Satheesan accused the Ministers of being provocative in their replies on a crucial issue in the Assembly. The inquiry was not conducted to protect the contractors. The government has given clean certificate to the contract company. The opposition leader said that the Chief Minister will not touch this issue.
