Kollam: KSEB shocked the young entrepreneur for not paying the electricity bill of Rs 214 in Kollam. Ice cream products worth one and a quarter lakh rupees were destroyed when the company’s fuse blew without warning. The items were destroyed when there was no electricity during the day for two consecutive days.

Two months ago, Rohit Abraham, a native of Thiruvananthapuram, started an ice cream parlor by renting the shop that was closed in the ashram. KSEB officials disconnected the electricity to this shop two days ago. The staff who reached the establishment at 11 am were expecting electricity to come on. As the electricity was not coming even in the evening, the electrician was called and the electricity connection was restored. When this happened the next day too, KSEB came to know about the arrears. Father Ren said that his son, a young entrepreneur, lost more than Rs.

Rohit has lodged a complaint with the Minister of Electricity. Meanwhile, the explanation of the authorities is that only legal matters have come from the side of KSEB.
