The commercial department in the Court of First Instance ruled to oblige a sports club for an amount of 15 thousand dinars, with interest of 7%, from the due date on 17-5-2021 until the date of payment in favor of an artistic production company in the lawsuit of lawyer Elaf Al-Saleh.
The lawsuit filed by lawyer Elaf Al-Saleh, in her capacity as an agent for one of the artistic production companies, summarizes that her client agreed with a famous sports club to produce two films on the rituals of Hajj, the provisions of prayer and zakat, for 30 thousand dinars, of which 15 thousand dinars were paid and the other installment was not paid without convincing reasons.
While the club claimed a subsidiary claiming the amounts it paid and the termination of the contract, and that whoever signed the contract had his membership dropped earlier.
Al-Saleh insisted on summoning the one who signed on behalf of the club, who confirmed that he was the general manager of the club and what he did based on his specialties, and that the producing company handed over the two films to the place of retirement.
The court responded to the lawsuit of lawyer Elaf Al-Saleh and ruled to oblige the club to pay an amount of 15 thousand dinars, with interest of 7%, from the due date on 5-17-2021.
