RB Leipzig still has its destiny in its hands after a solid performance in the round of 16 first leg against Manchester City at the Red Bull Arena (1-1). The Germans even suffered during the first 45 minutes of the match, during which Riyad Mahrez opened the scoring for the Cityzens. However, Marco Rose’s players managed to put on a much better face in the second half, battering the English and even managing to equalize in the wake of defender Joško Gvardiol.
