We attach great importance to providing good ambulance care and cooperation with our chain partners. Insight into their experiences with ambulance care gives us tools to further improve ambulance care in our region and the cooperation with our partners.
That is why we ask chain partners to participate in our satisfaction survey.
The questionnaire
The questionnaire includes questions about satisfaction in general and expectations and experiences with ambulance care. Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 8 minutes.

Results
The results of this satisfaction survey are processed anonymously and are presented to ambulance care per component in a regional dashboard. At a national level, the chain partner satisfaction survey will become part of the ambulance care sector compass.
