Accordingly, houses under the Anna Nag, Ganapati 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11 schemes, land plot LP4, LP11 plots, self-sufficient housing scheme part 1, 2 have been implemented in Coimbatore district. , 3 Plots, Kalapatti Area 2 (Brindavan Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Ilango Nagar Houses), Landing Scheme Plots, Self Sufficient Housing Scheme Plots, Coimbatore, Kurichi Area 1, 2, P.N.Palayam Houses, Landing Scheme 1, 2, 3 plots, Ponnaiyarajapuram houses, Singanallur houses scheme, Sauripalayam 1, 2 houses, Tatabad houses, Uppilipalayam, Veerakeralam house, plots, Vellakinaru 1 to 5 plots, houses, flats can avail this scheme.
The allottees who have not yet paid the due amount in full and have not received the purchase deed have been given an opportunity to pay the same in one installment at discount of interest or in three installments with the applicable interest on the outstanding principal amount and obtain the purchase deed.
It is also informed that this offer will be valid only till May 3rd and the period will not be extended for any reason. So it is informed that the allottees can take advantage of this rare opportunity and get a purchase bond.
