Shemimi, a senior assistant at Irumpupalam LP School, behaved rudely with the teacher. It is also alleged that he misbehaved with the teacher before. The teacher had lodged a complaint against him to the headmaster. In response to this, he tore the teacher’s shawl and insulted her in front of the students. The incident took place on February 15
In the incident, the police have registered a case with the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Harassment Departments. But even after a month of filing the case, the police have not been able to arrest the teacher.
