The RATP has announced that it expects traffic “almost normal» on all of its metro, bus and tramway networks. Only the RER should be strongly affected by the strike, the management expecting traffic “disturbedon these axes.

In detail, the traffic is “almost normal» on the lines 1, 3bis, 4, 5, 6, 7bis, 9, 10, 11 and 14. Line trains 12 circulate normally this Wednesday morning, before being reduced to 1 in three in the afternoon. The lines 2, 7 et 8 will have 2 out of 3 trains throughout the day. On the line 13, the RATP provides 1 train out of 2, between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. “Line 4 will be closed at 10:15 p.m. due to automation work and lines 11 et 14 will be closed at 10 p.m. for works“, adds the company.

The railway group has announced that 3 out of 5 TGVs, 1 out of 3 Intercités, as well as 2 out of 5 TERs will run this Wednesday. No night train is planned. Traffic will be particularly disrupted in Île-de-France, especially on lines D and R with 2 trains on average out of 5. Half of the usual service will be provided for RER A and B.

Some disruptions are expected in the air this Wednesday, with 20% of flights canceled at Paris-Orly airport.
