How was the video taken before the helicopter crashed? Tourist Description
File: The video, taken by tourists just seconds before the crash, went viral as 13 people were killed in a helicopter crash involving the Commander-in-Chief of the 3rd Battalion.
In this video, you hear the sound of a helicopter going downhill in the snow and then exploding for a while, the video went viral on social media.
It was later revealed that the video was taken by Joe Kutty and his friend Nasser from Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore.
As Joe says about it, I’m working as a photographer. My friend Nasser and his wife and kids went on a trip to the vampire jungle.
We walked along the railroad tracks with friends and family as the area would be nice. Exactly on December 8th at 12.15pm a helicopter suddenly came and I took my mobile and took video. I took the video in amazement as the helicopter came in very loud and I saw it in person. Then after a while the noise was heard as if it had fallen. My friend Nasser asked if I had fallen. To which I said yes. We were very shocked.
Then in 15 minutes as we were leaving in the car a police jeep came there. Asked him not to stand here and said leave. Following that my friend family and I left for Ooty from there. Then at night we watched TV and got the information.
Later that night we went to the Nilgiris District Collector’s Office. From there they told me to go to the police station. Only then did the guards release our video. We have heard that it portrays us as religious, and that has nothing to do with us. He said we were just normal tourists.
