Tamil Nadu police have also appointed a special team to investigate. Ooty ADSP Muthumanikyam is in charge of the investigation. Tamil Nadu DGP C Krishnan said that the details of the investigation will be handed over to the Joint Investigation Team. Shailendra Babu said.
