As the countdown continues for the elections to be held on May 14, alliances are trying to expand their base by establishing dialogue with other parties. Finally, a compromise was reached in the meeting between HUDA PAR and AK Party.
HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, who appeared before the cameras after the meeting, stated that he would not nominate a candidate in the 14 May elections and stated that they would support President Erdoğan. After this statement, a group that defended HUDA PAR’s connection with Hezbollah, especially on social media, made harsh criticisms.
