The president of the Valle d’Aosta regional council is considered to be a person informed on the facts

AOSTA. The president of the Valle d’Aosta regional council was heard by the Nas carabinieri as part of the investigation into the investigation opened by the Aosta prosecutor’s office on any “cunning” of the anti Covid vaccine.

Alberto Bertin was listened to for about twenty minutes as a person informed on the facts during a meeting this morning at the Regional Palace.

For now in the file of the prosecutor Francesco Pizzato on the vaccination campaign there are neither names of persons under investigation nor hypotheses of crime. The investigations underway in this phase are used to determine whether the vaccination plan against Covid-19 in Valle d’Aosta has been correctly applied, in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, and if someone has been vaccinated overriding the orders of priority .

Attention is also paid to the “last minute” list of people ready to get vaccinated at short notice in case of waivers. These are about 1,500 names received from the Aosta Valley Local Health Service in the space of a few days.

In the event that the investigations reveal vaccine irregularities or “cunning”, the prosecutor will evaluate which crimes to challenge and to whom.
