The philanthropist and donor of the building, Jeffrey Schwartz, gave a moving speech and told about the special moments he spent together with the chief rabbi, the apostle Rabbi Tabiv, until the day of the dedication of the house, about the special and unceasing bond with the rabbi’s family, and about the special unity in the Jewish community in Taiwan.

Later in the evening, a special workshop was held for the Shillim together with Rabbi Moshe Kotlersky. During the workshop, the Shillim shared the new stages of development in the Jewish communities in the East after the Corona epidemic, and discussed ideas for the development of the communities and the preparations for the upcoming public seder nights.
