Dinner in Munich: Hollywood appearance of Söder daughter Gloria | Regional

by time news

München – ALL IN WHITE: Söder’s daughter Gloria-Sophie Burkandt (24) drew everyone’s attention at the dinner party in Munich’s luxury hotel “Mandarin Oriental”.

►But that was not only due to the self-confident glamorous appearance of the newly bleached 1.85 meter Gazelle, but also to her companion: a (much) older man who never left her side.

►There was a lot of whispering among the guests. Who is this? The aspiring actress casually explains: “This is Jost Heider, my personal acting coach.”

►The actor and former film producer (74) came all the way from Düsseldorf to accompany his protégé. He stayed discreetly in the background, but always kept eye contact with the 26-year-old.

►After her successful short excursion into the world of models, Gloria-Sophie is now aiming for a Hollywood career. And is currently investing in a personal coach. “I earned quite well with my modeling jobs, but now I would like to develop further professionally. Jost is my mentor, I feel safe at his side, we work together ten hours a day. From Monday to Sunday.”

And (how) does your new blonde look on men? Gloria laughs “Yes, that definitely works. You look more, I can tell. I look younger, everyone says, but also more elegant. Through acting, I made the leap from girl to woman. During my anorexia (BILD reported) I hid and made myself small. Now I feel a lot freer. Learned to live in the moment. I learned all that from my coach. He’s worked with Johnny Depp, Jack Nicholson and seven years with Marilyn Monroe.”

What would be your dream role in terms of film business? “My goal is not comedy, rather action, that’s who I really am.”

Has Papa Markus Söder (56, CSU) already met the new man by her side? “No, he hasn’t yet. But he thinks it’s great what I’m doing.”

About her ex-boyfriend, a financial entrepreneur from Munich: “It was love, but it just didn’t work out. But I’m not looking for a new man, I’m now taking care of myself and my things. I need my space and nothing complicated to distract me.”

However, she does not want to go to acting school. “Usually you have three years of acting coaching, I now do everything in two months in a rush. At the end of the month we will make a tape together with my coach and send it to different producers.”

Did her coach also advise her to come out with anorexia? “No, no one advises me medially except myself. I know myself best.”

Another project she has in mind: “I want to write a book. Just how my childhood was like, there’s a lot to tell.”
