MSP activates prompt response brigade to feverish cases in Charapacocha – Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MSP) informs that, in relation to the report of 5 febrile cases in the Achuar community of Charapacocha, Pastaza province; activated a prompt response team through the epidemiological surveillance system.

Medical care personnel entered the community by air to activate the epidemiological fence and care for patients, who will be confirmed by the medical approach and the analysis of biological samples in the laboratory, the type of infectious disease.

The MSP, through its brigades, guarantees care for the Amazonian peoples and nationalities.
