Jalandhar: A big news has come out regarding Waris Punjab De Mukhi Amrit Pal Singh. According to the reports received, Amrit Pal Singh, head of Khalistan Waris Punjab De, has been arrested by the Punjab Police. Earlier, 6 associates of Amrit Pal Singh were arrested with weapons. It is being told that after the arrest of six persons, the police have also recovered weapons from them. Actually, the police was chasing Amrit Pal Singh’s convoy. Meanwhile, the police have recovered 2 vehicles. 3 cases are registered against Amrit Pal Singh. 2 of which are related to hate speech. According to sources, the police made the arrest from Mehitpur police station near Dharamkot.
According to sources, as the Punjab Police cordoned off, Amrit Pal got into his car and fled from Link Road. Around 100 vehicles of Punjab Police have chased them. Amrit Pal has been arrested from Nikodar area of Jalandhar. Internet service in Punjab has been suspended till tomorrow.
