With the aim of preventing accidents on the roads to protect the lives of Salvadorans, the managers of the Vice Ministry of Transportation (VMT), maintain days of vehicle and anti-doping controls.
These actions have increased due to the fact that serious mishaps were recorded in recent weeks, mainly caused by cargo transportation.
In addition, to prevent this type of accident from happening again, preventive measures will be intensified at the gates of the Easter holidays.
“We are installed on the different highways of the country, guaranteeing fluidity, safety and road assistance to drivers. respect the speed limits and follow the indications of our teams”, recommends the VMT.
The road control operations have intensified in the section of the Pan-American highway, near the Los Chorros Recreational Park, the main access to the San Salvador Metropolitan Area from the west; Boulevard del Ejército, entry point from the east; Troncal del Norte highway and Constitution boulevard.
