The artistic gymnastics team continued to pick up titles yesterday (Sunday), when it won a gold medal in the hoops final with 34.9 points, and a silver medal in the combined exercise final with 29.350 points. The two medals add to the gold win on Saturday in the all-around competition.
The girls of the national team: Ofir Shaham (Ironi Netanya), Diana Svartzov (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Hadar Friedman (Maccabi Makfat Tel Aviv), Romi Pritsky (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Shani Bakanov (Maccabi Haifa) and Liza Banchuk (Hapoel) Ramat Eliyahu Rashal’at).
In addition, Adi Katz (Maccabi Tel Aviv), who competed in two finals today, won the silver medal in the film final with 29,250 points. In the hoop final, she finished eighth (27.650 points).
The gymnasts are accompanied by a team of coaches that includes Ayelet Zusman, Natasha Stifanova, Linoy Ashram and Alona Kushbetsky.
