For the sixth year in a row, European country Finland has topped New York’s list of the world’s happiest countries.
World Happiness Day is celebrated annually on March 20.
In this regard, yesterday, the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Organization has published a ranking list of countries that are happy.
The study was conducted across more than 150 countries based on factors such as income, health, freedom and lack of corruption.
For the sixth year in a row, European country Finland has topped the list. The European countries Denmark and Iceland are ranked second and third respectively.
India is ranked 125th in this ranking list. India also lags behind our neighbors Nepal, China, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Afghanistan, ruled by the Taliban, is at the bottom of the ranking.
