French Rennes player, Ibrahim Salah, expressed his happiness at being with the Moroccan national team for the first time, after being called up by coach Walid Regragui, to the clubs of Brazil and Peru, on the 25th and 28th of this month.
Salah said, in a statement to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation website, that the atmosphere is wonderful and he did not feel any difficulties, explaining that this motivates him more to work, because he plans to stay long with the national team, and not just this camp.
The same player added that he was excited to make the addition, after achieving his dream of joining the national team that made a miracle in the World Cup, indicating that he was proud of what he had achieved as a Moroccan.
In the same context, Yassin Kashta, the French player for Le Havre, said that the Moroccan national team is looking forward to a strong match against the Brazilian national team, which includes great players.
Keshta continued, in a statement to the Moroccan Football Federation website, that the confrontation will be historic, explaining that he knows that the Moroccan public will attend massively, and will support the national elite and will provide it with all strength and confidence.
The same player concluded his statements, indicating that he is happy to be in the camp, stressing that he has fulfilled his childhood dream, so he will spare no effort to succeed in his new experience.
The Moroccan national team will play its first friendly match, against Brazil, ranked first in the world, on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at ten o’clock at night, at Tangier Grand Stadium.
The Moroccan national team will then head to Spain, where it will face, on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, in a second friendly match, the Peruvian national team, on the grounds of the Civitas Metropolitano stadium in Madrid, at nine thirty at night local time.
