ന‘Oruthee’ is the return of Navya Nair to Malayalam after a long hiatus. Aniyara activists have released the first look of the upcoming film directed by VK Prakash. Leading women from various walks of life, including politics, literature, sports and the arts, shared the poster on social media. The poster was shared by many including Shailaja Teacher, PT Usha and Anjali Menon.
Produced by Benzi Nasser under the banner of Benzi Productions, the film is written by S Suresh Babu. Along with Navya, Vinayakan, an important police character, also arrives. The movie comes with the tagline ‘The Fire in You’.
Navya Nair also won the JC Daniel Foundation Film Award for Best Actress 2020, the 12th Bharat Murali Film Award 2020 and the Gandhi Bhavan Film Award 2020. Jimshi Khalid is a photographer. The songs and background music of the film are composed by Gopi Sunder. The film also has a song written by Thakara Band.
Lijo Paul is the editor and Dixon Potutas is the production controller. Jyotish Shankar is the production designer and Ranganath Ravi is the sound designer. The lyrics of the songs have been penned by Alankode Leela Krishnan and BK Harinarayan. Makeup – Ratheesh Ambati, Costume Design – Sameera Saneesh. The thrills are handled by Jolly Bastin.
