Already on 12 February, the municipal venue in Kolding received a lawyer’s assessment, which concluded that sharing the prices for artists between the venues “is problematic” in relation to the Competition Act, and the essence was shared with the other Jutland-Fyn venues. The assessment fell after reviewing 17 selected email correspondences.
