Mr.Pandian Stores is a series that airs in Indian languages as well. Pandyan Stores broadcasts Santhwanam in Malayalam, Vadinamma in Telugu, Varalakshmi Stores in Kannada and Baggoloki in Bengali, Marathi and Hindi. Most of the couples in the series who have a top rating in all the languages they broadcast have a lot of fans on social media. ‘Mullaikathir’ is a celebrated character duo in Tamil just like the duo ‘Sivanjali’ in Malayalam. ‘Chitra Kamaraj’ was the star of the series from the very beginning. But the star’s death came as a shock to everyone in December last year. Bijesh Avanur, who plays Sethu in the Santhvanam series, is paying homage to the film with a note.
Many are still reluctant to believe that Chitra Kamaraj, who nicknamed Chithu the Tamil people, is dead. Even the star’s Instagram page is still active with fans. “Even though I know I will never come back, a people is still waiting for you in disbelief,” Bijesh said in a note.
