According to the Izvestia correspondent, police officers used water cannons against the protesters.

“Antique measures protesters have just flooded the streets here in the center of Luxembourg. They have been protesting for the second week, claiming that the current measures are dictatorial, ”said journalist Aris Ikonoma.

At the same time, the promotions have been taking place for the second week.

Earlier, on December 3, Prime Minister Alexander De Croo said that the country would strengthen measures against coronavirus in order to avoid further aggravation of the epidemiological situation. Thus, kindergartens and elementary schools are closed from 18 December until the New Year.

On 20 November, three people were shot and wounded in Rotterdam during riots that erupted during protests against the new restrictive antiquarian measures by the Dutch authorities. The protesters threw stones at the security forces and fired fireworks in their direction. At the same time, the law enforcement officers themselves suffered.
