Felony charges were brought against the four arrested for the bloody incident yesterday outside the Court of Appeal that resulted in a 24-year-old man being seriously injured with a knife.
Specifically, they were prosecuted for the following crimes:
- Attempted joint murder
- Illegal carrying of weapons – use of weapons
- Violation of a sports law regarding distinguished firearm possession
- Distinguished disturbance of the public peace
After the prosecution, the arrested were referred to an investigator, from where they requested and received a deadline for their apologies.
