“Claim: Man Pointed a Gun at Petah Tikva Protesters,” Say Demonstrators

During a legal reform protest in Petah Tikva, a man allegedly pulled out a gun on protesters, as claimed by a group of individuals. Attorney Daniel Haklai, who represents the group, explained that they were participating in the “Brothers in Arms” demonstration when the man revealed the weapon, got into a car, and fled the scene. The three individuals have filed a complaint with the authorities. On the other hand, at a protest in Bnei Brak, three minors were taken into custody for allegedly hurling eggs and objects at protesters. Police officers provided high-security measures during the altercation, and two adults were arrested for assaulting others during the event.

A number of protesters in Petah Tikva claimed this evening (Thursday) that a man pulled a gun on them during a demonstration against the legal reform held in the city. Their advocate, attorney Daniel Haklai, claimed that the three were at a demonstration of “Brothers in Arms” during which the same man pulled out a gun while in the car and fled the scene. The three filed a complaint with the police.

Meanwhile, at a demonstration in Bnei Brak, three minors were arrested on suspicion of throwing eggs and objects at protesters. In addition, two adults were arrested for assaulting brains. The verbal confrontations took place under heavy police security.
