Disparaging content for the Ouagadougou Public Transport Company (SOTRACO) detected in the song « SUBTRACT » of the young rapper Toksa, this is what emerges from a note from the Superior Council of Communication (CSC).
According to the communication regulation institution, a complaint had been filed on February 14 so that it looks into the content of the artist’s discographic release.
After review, the CSC decided to ban the broadcast of the clip in the media. According to the press release, the message conveyed in the song is “infringement on the rights of SOTRACO”. The institution warns that offenders “exposed themselves to sanctions”.
