The Supreme Court confirms the permanent reviewable prison of a man for letting his diabetic partner die and recording his agony with his mobile

The Criminal Chamber has confirmed the reviewable permanent prison sentence of a man for the crime of murder with cruelty against a particularly vulnerable person for letting his diabetic partner die of hyperglycemia and recording his agony with his mobile phone, without helping her, in Viladecans (Barcelona) in 2019. The Chamber dismisses the appeal of cassation filed by the convicted person against the judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia that confirmed the one issued by a court of the Jury of the Provincial Court of Barcelona.
