The Sham Shui Po Public Library is located at No. 38 Sham Mong Road, on the ground floor and first floor of the Sham Shui Po Recreational and Cultural Building. Magazines for citizens to read.   • Monday 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Sundays and public holidays are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
