From Facebook to a family of five: Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook and CEO of Meta, and his wife, Priscilla Chan, announced today (Friday) that they had a third baby. “Welcome to the world, Aurelia Chan Zuckerberg!”, the couple wrote in a post on Instagram, “You are such a little blessing.”
The couple have been married since 2012 and have two daughters, August, five years old, and Maxima (Max) seven years old, the little sister joined. Zuckerberg announced his wife’s pregnancy in September of last year, writing: “Happy to share that Max and August are getting a new baby sister next year.”
The love story of the two is no less nice. Priscilla and Mark met in college and fell in love. Chan, a pediatrician and philanthropist, attended the University of California after receiving her degree from Harvard University, where Zuckerberg also attended.
