Bangalore: A man attacked a Christian church in Karnataka with a machete. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon at a Christian church in Belagavi.
He entered the church with a sword and followed the priest. He had a rope in his hand. CCTV footage of the incident has also been released. A man with a sword follows a priest, Francis D’Souza, and later escapes.
Police said they have launched an investigation into the incident and have received CCTV footage. Police said security had been beefed up at the church.
