A man spent 30 minutes with a prostitute but was unsatisfied and attacked her with a crowbar that he had in his bag. The woman claimed that the man apologized before hitting her on the head. A fight ensued and another woman helped the victim get the man out of the room. The man then threw himself out of a second-floor window. When the police arrived, they found the man in the courtyard and the women were injured, one with a broken arm. The man later claimed to suffer from depression and had drugs in his system. He was charged with attempted murder, assault, and soliciting prostitution.
The man spent half an hour with a prostitute. Afterwards, he was not satisfied and suddenly attacked her with a crowbar which he carried in a bag. According to the woman, he must have said “sorry” before hitting her on the head.
A wild fight then ensued where the woman was helped by another woman to get the man out to the courtyard. The man then made his way up the stairwell where he threw himself from the second floor through a window.
When the police arrived at the scene, they found the man, who could not be contacted, in the courtyard. The women were bloody and one had suffered a broken arm.
In questioning, the man has told that he suffers from severe depression. There were also traces of drugs in his blood.
The man is convicted of attempted murder, assault and purchase of sexual services.
