A prominent figure in the Naam Tamil Party has been arrested for slandering Indian Army Commander Pipin Rawat in a helicopter crash.
A military helicopter crashed on the Coonoor Vampire Hill in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu, killing a total of 13 people, including Commander-in-Chief of the Troops Pipin Rawat and his wife.
