Public Works Department Assistant Engineer Tulasingam, Manadipattu Commune Panchayat Junior Engineer Anandan, Thirukanur Police held talks with them.
It has been arranged to construct Chudugadu road under BATCO fund.
They said the work will start soon.
The protestors released the road construction machinery and dispersed.
Due to this, the construction of the new Dharsala between KR Palayam and Manalipattu was stopped for 2 hours.
