Handicapped in a pinch: help for mentally handicapped with behavioral disorder too expensive | Healthy

More people with intellectual disabilities and serious behavioral problems have to wait longer for the right help. The care for this group is so heavy and expensive that more disability organizations do not accept new clients. The waiting lists are growing.
