Mangaluru-Intensifying the investigation related to the murder case of BJP leader Praveen, the NIA officials have ‘confiscated’ the office of the PFI.

BJP leader Praveen, a resident of Bellare village in Chulya, Dakshina Kannada, was on July 24 last year closing his shop at Bellare Bat when a mysterious gang attacked him with weapons and escaped murder.

The Chulya police, who conducted an investigation, found that the ‘Popular Front of India’ organization was connected to the PFI in this murder.

The case was then handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The investigating officers arrested several members of the PFI. A charge sheet was filed against 20 people in Bangalore’s NIA Special Court.

In this case, with the permission of the court, the NIA officials seized the BFI office on the first floor of Tahira Complex, Gandhi Nagar Allati Road, yesterday.

This office space in the possession of NIA shall not be sold, rented or contracted to anyone. Refurbishment of the office or movement of any goods is prohibited.
