Gianni Minà, Roberto Benigni and Massimo Troisi in the Blitz studio, the program that marked an era on Rai screens in the early 1980s. Online the videos of the interviews conducted by the journalist are still very current today. In 1984, when ‘We just have to cry’ was released in cinemas, Minà hosted Benigni and Troisi, the protagonists of the film. “But why do you ask everyone what they did in the 60s?” asks Troisi. “Those were the years when I was a boy”, replies Minà. “You never invite a child here because you can’t ask him what he was doing in the 60s”, Troisi insists.
