Against the bases of this call, which are issued by delegation of signature dated February 9, 2023 and which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of articles 84.1 of the Statutes of the University, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/ 2011 of July 12 (BOJA nº 147, of July 28, 2011) and 6.4 of Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, an appeal for reversal may be filed with the Rector Magnificent of the University of Granada , within a month, from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or file a contentious-administrative appeal directly before the Court of Contentious-Administrative Law of Granada, within a period of two months from the day following the date of publication of this resolution, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious Jurisdiction -Administrative vat (BOE of July 14).
