The defunct platform launched by TF1, France Télévisions and M6 offered for 6.99 euros per month an offer of replays of TNT channels enriched with some new programs and especially previews. Molotov
The “Welcome” offer, created only for ex-Salto subscribers and free for one year, offers 80 channels and replays, but remains extremely limited. There are mainly free TNT channels, France 24 or local BFM… And more! The channels of the M6 group are only included in the offer for the first two months! It is also not possible to control the live (pause, return to the beginning of the program, skip the commercial), one of the few reasons why subscribing to Molotov is useful.
Prefer to the limit the “Extra” offer, which offers all these services. Why pay for free channels? Because they charge Molotov, like Internet operators, for the distribution of their stream. At 5.99 euros, it’s cheaper than Salto, and cheaper than the TV option with its operator. But we don’t have a program in addition to what’s on television.

It also offers a wide panorama of foreign series, from Norway, Iceland or Mexico in which, if you have a little time, you can unearth some nuggets. As for the offer in terms of documentaries, it continues to expand. But this wide and dense offer can scare. In addition, many of the new series offered give pride of place to “young adults”, at the risk of somewhat discouraging older audiences.

In recent months, the platform has offered two series of events with staggering budgets, The Rings of Power taken from the work of Tolkien, or the excellent The Last Of Us inspired by the video game of the same title, just to finally enter the big leagues squatted for a long time by Netflix. The platform remains poorly identified, with a relatively empty catalog beyond loss leaders and above all many paid options: Ligue 1 is not included, nor are the HBO series recently stolen from OCS but now accessible with the Warner pass. In short, for the basic subscription, there is not much left.
