This month ends the term for workers and companies to present the Annual Income Tax Declaration 2022
At the end of last year, the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) announced the expiration schedule for the presentation of the Income Tax declaration, in which the first term expired on March 24.
However, the expiration schedule extends until the April 11depending on the number of RUC of the taxpayer:
If your RUC ends in 0, the last date to declare is March 24, 2023
If your RUC ends in 1, the last date to declare is March 27, 2023
If your RUC ends in 2, the last date to declare is March 28, 2023
If your RUC ends in 3, the last date to declare is March 29, 2023
If your RUC ends in 4, the last date to declare is March 30, 2023
If your RUC ends in 5, the last date to declare is March 31, 2023
If your RUC ends in 6, the last date to declare is April 3, 2023
If your RUC ends in 7, the last date to declare is April 4, 2023
If your RUC ends in 8, the last date to declare is April 5, 2023
If your RUC ends in 9, the last date to declare is April 10, 2023
Likewise, good taxpayers and subjects not required to register with the RUC may present their declaration until April 11, 2023.

How to declare the Income Tax?
Said Form is found in SUNAT Virtual, which you can access with your Clave SOL from March 6, 2023and it is used for the declaration of your first category income (rentals), second category income and income from work and/or foreign source.
The aforementioned Form, in many cases, already has personalized referential information, which you can modify or confirm prior to sending your return, said information contains data referring to your income, expenses, withholdings, tax payments, among others.
