The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Don Benito has decreed provisional release for three people involved in an alleged illegal adoption that was denounced at the Don Benito-Villanueva Hospital. The fourth investigated, the mother of the baby, has not yet gone to court for reasons beyond the Court’s control and a statement will be taken within the 72 hours provided for in the Law. The three investigated who have gone to court this morning are a married couple and a relative of the husband and are being investigated for the alleged crimes of illegal adoption included in article 221 of the Penal Code and documentary falsification.
