Caspit challenged Kalach on this, pointing out that it’s unfair to assume that technicians don’t have a voice. Kalach later retracted his statement and clarified that he wrote the letter in a few minutes from the heart. Caspit also questioned Kalach’s religious beliefs and accused him of undermining the technical wing. Kalach maintained that the pilots should apologize and retract their statements to restore the honor of the Air Force.

We want you to stop causing holocaust anxiety, and ask for forgiveness from the entire people of Israel, including the technicians who carry on their backs the entire maintenance system of the Air Force. In response to his words, Ben Caspit began to point out and quote materials that were leaked from the rewriting of the letter, which raised the level of flames in the studio. “Technicians don’t have mouths?” Caspit attacked, Kalech replied: “Technicians have mouths, and contrary to the perceptions of people like you who think they are baboons who don’t understand anything.”

Caspit mentioned the fact that Kalech is a follower of Rabbi Zvi Tao. Kalech replied: “Do you want to return to a person’s body again and not to the body of a matter?
