Mumbai: Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora have been confirmed by Kovid, according to the Brihanmumbai Corporation. Brihanmumbai Corporation officials said the two had violated the Kovid norms. The corporation also directed that those on the contact list of the two should be checked immediately.
Assistant Commissioner Vinayak said Kareena and Amrita were now under house arrest. At the same time, the authorities said that the two had participated in several parties. Last week, Kareena and Amrita attended a Christmas party with Maleka Arora, Kareeshma Kapoor and Poonam Damania.
Kareena and Amrita were present at the party, which was attended by Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt at Karan Johar’s residence. Kovid suggested that the people who attended these parties should be examined as soon as possible.
