Channel search Samsung: Set up WORLD on your television

With Samsung televisions built in 2014 and later, the station search is very easy:

  1. Press the Home button on the remote control
  2. Then select (in this order): Settings (gear symbol), Station reception, Auto. Station search, Start.
  3. In the following menu, choose whether your TV signal is to be sent via satellite or cable.
  4. Then you should choose digital for the reception type and confirm with SCAN at the end.
  5. When the search is complete, confirm with Close.

You should now find WORLD in your channel list. If you want to find WORLD quickly at any time, the favorites list makes sense. It works like this:

  1. Press Home again, then Live TV and select Channel List in the top area
  2. Press right on the directional pad and select Favorites in the menu that opens
  3. In the list that now appears, mark WORLD with a tick and select the symbol with the right arrow.

WORLD is now added to your favorites list.

LG TVs: How to find WORLD in the channel list

LG televisions can start the channel search fully automatically.

  1. To do this, press the gear button on the remote control
  2. then click on the three dots and choose Transmitter, transmitter settings (Program search and settings)
  3. in the menu Auto settings choose Germany, then start with a push on Auto settings and, depending on the reception technology, select cable or satellite and the automatic settings

TV station WELT on your Panasonic television

With Panasonic TVs of the current generation, you can access the channel search using the remote control menu button.

  1. In the Setup area, select the entry Tuning menu (either DVB-S if you watch TV by satellite or DVB-C if you use cables),

If WORLD appears on the television, you can move the channel further up the list using the following steps:
