The Dean of Undergraduate Studies published, on Tuesday (28), the Notice Program No. 09/2023. The document was prepared by the Electoral Process Commission established by Prograd Ordinance No. 02/2023, of March 9, 2023 and calls on the undergraduate course coordinators to elect two titular coordinators and their alternates for representation at Consepe for the three-year period from June/2023 to June/2026.
Eligibility and voting criteria
Effective faculty members of the career staff of this federal autarchy are eligible, under an exclusive dedication regime with the current ordinance of undergraduate course coordinators in the face-to-face and distance modality, with the exception of professors on leave for the Postgraduate program. -Graduation, available to bodies that are not part of the Institute or on unpaid leave. In addition, the Institute, whose coordinator already composes Consepe, will not be able to register a candidate, as well as the members of the electoral process, according to Art. 20, § 2 of the Statute.
The list of undergraduate course coordinators eligible to vote will be published on May 5, 2023 and voting will take place by secret ballot online at SIGeleicao, according to the public notice schedule:

How to apply?
Interested undergraduate course coordinator professors must register by email to [email protected], from April 6, 2023 to April 24, 2023 by 11:59 pm, through completing the Registration Form in Annex I of the public notice. In addition, they must, at the time of registration, indicate the substitute, for the fulfillment of linked mandates, if elected (Article 26, I and Article 30, of the Regulations).
All other information must be checked in the text of the Notice, including procedures for appeals.
Electoral Commission
The Electoral Commission was chosen within the scope of Consepe’s Graduation Chamber. Currently, the commission comprises Elisabeth Linhares Catunda (teacher), Antonia Suele de Souza Alves Pereira (teacher) and Reinaldo Pereira Aguiar (TAE).
