The First Section of the Provincial Court of Seville has issued an order in which it denies the suspension of the custodial sentence requested by the defense of the former Deputy Minister of Employment of the Junta de Andalucía Agustín Barberá and requires him to, within the period of ten calendar days, appear in a penitentiary center to serve the sentence imposed by the ERE case.
