Kaylia Nemour at the heart of a conflict with the Gym Federation, her mother denounces “an instrumentalization”

For her, it is impossible to participate in any international competition before July 20, 2023. Kaylia Nemour is subject to a restrictive clause from the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) after her change of sports nationality. The 16-year-old athlete has chosen to represent Algeria, and in order to do so before that date, the French Gym Federation (FFG) must agree to release her.
