Demonstrations are planned against the legal reform despite its delay in legislation. The protests are set to take place in various centers around the country, with the primary centers of protest being in Haifa and Tel Aviv. As a result of the protests, many roads are expected to be closed, and a complete list of blockades in Haifa and Tel Aviv has been released.

In Tel Aviv, a protest will take place in Kiryat Shvaram on Saturday night. Starting at 4:30 pm, several streets in Tel Aviv will be closed to vehicular traffic. These include Kaplan Street, Gesher HaShalom ramps, Yigal Alon, HaShalom, and Ben Avigdor, among others.

In Haifa, a procession from the center of Carmel to Horeb will take place, with vehicle traffic not allowed on Hanasi Blvd from Bikurim junction towards Horev center in both directions. During the procession, entry and exit from the neighborhoods of Kabir, Carmelia, and Shambor will be allowed through Scopus Street and Derch Hayam. Several streets will also be closed to traffic, including Pika intersection, Harel junction, Freud street intersection, and more. Entry into Carmel Hospital and Harofeh Street will be possible from some designated streets only.

Overall, the protests are expected to create significant disruptions in Haifa and Tel Aviv.

Despite the delay in the legislation of the legal reform, demonstrations against it are expected to take place today (Saturday) in many centers in the country. The main centers of the protest are expected to take place this evening in Haifa and Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv

On Saturday night, 1/4/23, there will be a protest in Kiryat Shvaram. Starting at 16:30 in the evening, the following streets in Tel Aviv will be closed to vehicle traffic:

Kaplan Street from Ibn Gvirol Street to Menachem Begin Street in both directions.

Kaplan intersection via Menachem Begin to the north and south (traffic will be diverted to sinkholes).

The Gesher HaShalom ramps will be closed to the north and south (it will not be possible to get off road 20).

Yigal Alon – Peace to the West.

Yigal Alon – Produced in Israel (vehicles will be directed to Produced in Israel Street)

HaShalom – made in the country (the vehicles will be directed to the east).

The peace – the migration of the youth to the East.

Yigal Alon – Peace to the South.

Yigal Alon – Yitzhak Sade to the north.

Yitzhak Sde Hamsgar to the north.

Ben Avigdor – Preventing going to prison.

The streets of Migal Alon: Aminadav, Kramanitzki, Toval, Vicky Sheeran and the exit from the gas station – traffic will be allowed from HaSolim Street.

Haifa

A procession from the center of Carmel to Horeb:
Starting at 5:30 p.m., vehicle traffic will not be allowed on Hanasi Blvd. from the Bikurim junction towards the Horev center in both directions.

During the procession, entry and exit from the neighborhoods of Kabir, Carmelia and Shambor will be possible through Scopus Street and Derch Hayam.

In the meantime, traffic will be blocked on the Hanasi / Moriah boulevard in the section between Bekurim / Wolfson / Zafaririm, and further on Moriah boulevard from the Zafaririm intersection to the center of Horev and the nearby streets.
The traffic lanes will gradually open as the procession progresses.

Starting at 17:30 Horev intersection is expected to be blocked from all directions until the end of the protest

The streets that will be closed to traffic:
Pika intersection / Horeb / ​​Gat
Pika / Hadassah junction towards the center of Horeb
Pika / Harel junction towards the center of Horeb
Horev / Freud street intersection towards Horev center
Disraeli / Horeb intersection towards the center of Horeb
Mapo / Moriah junction towards the center of Horeb
Traffic from Safar square towards the Horev center will be allowed up to the Mapo junction for those coming towards the Carmel Hospital only

Arrival at Carmel Hospital and Harofeh Street
It will be possible from the direction of Freud/ Vitkin/ Smolenskin/ Harofeh/ Ranak Street only.
In the section between Vitkin/Smolenskin to Harofeh Street and further on to Ranak Street (entrance to Carmel Hospital), traffic will be directed by the police officers against the direction of traffic to allow free passage to the neighborhood and the hospital.

Exit through Mapo Street to the left towards Safar Square.
