Helicopter tragedy: Army adopts poison ivy | Nanjappasathram

Chennai: The Army has announced the adoption of the Nanchappasatram area in honor of the villagers who risked their lives in the helicopter crash in Chennai. Luff said the army would send a doctor and a nurse every month to check the health of the locals and the villagers would be rushed to a military hospital in Wellington for treatment. General A. Meanwhile, villagers have written to the central and state governments asking them to name the village after Joint Chiefs of Staff Bipin Rawat and to build a memorial where the helicopter crashed.
